Facilities Technician

Location: Novena
Salary: $2,000 - $3,000/month
Contract: 3 Months to 3 Years
Bonus: Completion bonus payable after each completed year
Working Hours
- 1st month: Office Hours (5.5 days)
- Thereafter, rotating shifts (Monday - Sunday):7:00am – 3:00pm2:30pm – 11:00pm10:30pm – 7:00am
Job Scope
- Perform preventive maintenance on building facilities and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and air-conditioning systems
- Support maintenance of plumbing, mechanical, and medical gas systems
- Assist with other maintenance duties as assigned
Requirements
- Relevant technical experience in facilities maintenance preferred
- Comfortable with rotating shifts
