Patient Service Associate (Emergency Department)

Job Scope

• Performing reception and front desk duties.
• Portering and Triaging duties such as transfer of patients from one location to another.
• Attending to all enquires of patients and visitors including phone enquiries.
• Perform any duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N Levels/O levels/A Levels/Diploma in any discipline
• No working experience required as on-the-job training is provided
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Working Hours: AM Shift 730am - 330pm / PM Shift 12pm-9pm/ MN Shift 9pm - 9am (5 days per week)
