IT Project Manager (Insurance Transformation)
Duration: 6 Month Renewable Contract until 18 Months

Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of a core insurance platform implementation, coordinating stakeholders and managing risks to ensure timely achievement of project milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of a core insurance system implementation to meet project objectives and timelines
  • Coordinate and align business, technology, and vendor stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution
  • Track and update project plans, actions, risks, issues, and dependencies to maintain project momentum and transparency
  • Facilitate project meetings, communicate progress, and provide clear status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Support testing phases, implementation activities, and go-live preparations to ensure smooth system deployment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in IT project management, technology consulting, or transformation projects
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry to understand domain-specific requirements and challenges
  • Experience managing system implementation, migration, or transformation projects to deliver complex technology solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills to drive collaboration and follow-ups
  • Ability to maintain project momentum and work effectively under the guidance of a Project Director
  • Experience in structured consulting, systems integration, or project delivery environments is advantageous
