APAC RMP Interface Analyst

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Support and execute APAC Revenue Management (RMP) strategy by managing daily interface communications with global markets and resorts. The role ensures smooth sales operations, revenue integrity, and effective coordination across FIT, group bookings, and FOC processes.

GENERAL MISSIONS

1 )

Manage FIT Interface requests on timely manner to facilitate sales

  • Manage daily email requests from worldwide offices and APAC resorts within 24 hours

  • Process FIT requests including waitlist clearing, booking adjustments, upgrades, and deadline extensions

  • Provide operational support to resorts on inventory and sales-related matters

  • Escalate complex issues to relevant stakeholders when needed

2)

Group Booking Management

  • Handle operational requests for group bookings (adjustments, replacements, deadlines)

  • Monitor booking options and deposit compliance with attrition schedules

  • Manage RM group mailbox and coordinate with analysts

  • Ensure timely responses to group operational requests

3) Free of Charge (FOC) Management

  • Review and approve FOC requests from global markets

  • Manage GO holiday requests and regional event allocations

  • Monitor FOC quota usage and ensure compliance with defined thresholds

  • Maintain and track FOC reporting files

4)

Revenue & Operational Support

  • Support implementation of yielding actions (e.g., upgrades coordination, MLOS…)

  • Assist during crisis situations with operational data support (e.g., client lists)

  • Maintain and distribute operational reports (GO weekly, group status, surcharge report)

5) Revenue Integrity & Process Control

  • Ensure compliance with revenue management rules and processes

  • Identify revenue leakage risks and propose control improvements

  • Conduct regular checks to enforce revenue integrity

  • Collaborate with IT for system improvements where needed

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Diploma / bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in reservation systems or sales support
  • Knowledge of central reservation systems (NA preferred) and Revenue Management principles
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Data analysis and processing capability,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
  • Attention to detail
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Strong multitasking ability
  • Team player with proactive mindset
  • Knowledge of NA system, MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Copilot
