- Crowd & Flow Management: Direct graduates to their designated seating and manage the smooth ingress and egress of the theatre to prevent bottlenecks.
- Procession Coordination: Manage the orderly line-up of graduates, ensuring they are prepared and in the correct sequence to be presented on stage.
- Stage-Side Operations: Facilitate the controlled movement of graduates during the award presentation, ensuring the ceremony maintains its planned tempo.
- Direct Support: Work closely under the guidance of the Chief Marshal on duty to address any immediate operational needs or logistical adjustments required during the ceremony.
