CONSTRUCTION RC SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

Manage reinforced concrete (RC) structural workflows for civil and building projects from a subcontractor perspective. Oversee workers and supervisors, schedule and drive work progress to timely completion, and maintain effective communication with internal teams and main contractors.

Responsibilities

• Execute RC structural workflows for civil and building works, focusing on cast-in-situ and precast components from a subcontractor perspective
• Supervise and coordinate workers and supervisors to ensure efficient task completion
• Develop and maintain work schedules, actively pushing for timely progress and project completion
• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and main contractors to align project goals and resolve issues
• Foster teamwork and collaboration within the team to enhance productivity and project success
