Service Manager

Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth service.
2. Lead and train service staff to maintain high standards.
3. Drive sales performance and achieve business targets.
4. Ensure excellent customer experience and encourage repeat visits.
5. Handle customer feedback and service recovery professionally.
6. Monitor inventory and maintain operational efficiency.
7. Promote and support the restaurant's Japanese beverage program, including sake, Umeshu and Japanese highballs.
Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a restaurant or bar environment.
2. Experience in Japanese dining concepts is preferred.
3. Good knowledge of sake, Umeshu, Japanese highballs, and beverage service.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
5. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
6. Proficiency in English is required.
7. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and/or Japanese is advantageous to facilitate communication with customers, suppliers, business partners, and reference materials.
