We are seeking an Executive to assist the team in managing the company's key accounts in regards to insurance policy matters.
Role Overview
The Executive, Key Accounts is responsible for managing and servicing assigned key clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. The role involves coordinating with external stakeholders, understanding client requirements, identifying business opportunities, and delivering exceptional service to strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Claims Handling
- Manage and coordinate insurance claims submitted by key account clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Review claim documentation for completeness and compliance with policy requirements
- Monitor claim progress, provide regular updates to clients, and follow up with relevant parties to expedite resolution.
- Investigate and resolve claims-related issues, discrepancies, or disputes in collaboration with insurers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of claims activities and prepare periodic claims status reports for management and clients.
Account Management
- Assist the team in managing and maintaining relationships with assigned key accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding policy servicing matters
- Build strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure timely renewals of commercial policies with assigned key accounts
Revenue Growth & Business Development
- Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Support the development and execution of account growth strategies.
- Work closely with the team to achieve growth targets.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related field.
- Min 1–2 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales support, or client servicing.
- Experience within financial services, wealth management, insurance, banking, or financial advisory environments is preferred.
- Experience handling corporate or enterprise customers is preferred.
