Business Development Executive (S3/S4)

Join our team to spearhead business development initiatives across ASEAN and India in the environmental sector. This role focuses on harnessing data-driven products and services to create innovative solutions in the target markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of new business opportunities in data-driven products and services within environmental markets, prioritizing Energy and Water segments.

• Identify internal operational challenges and adopt strategies to develop fresh business concepts and proof of concepts.

• Explore emerging technologies and establish potential partnerships relevant to environmental markets.

• Conduct test-bed evaluations of external partner technologies in factory environments to verify performance metrics.

• Transition proof of concepts into minimum viable products, adapting business models for internal factories and external clients across ASEAN and India.

• Develop new business models to ensure alignment between market validation, technological feasibility, and business viability.

• Collaborate with multinational stakeholders to align strategies and facilitate execution.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant Engineering field.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills; solid engineering acumen is preferred.

• Demonstrated capability for change management and improvement.

• Proactive mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Networking proficiency with industry experts and internal specialists.
