Job Summary:

Lead regional marketing and communications strategies, driving impactful campaigns and PR initiatives across multiple markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead high-impact marketing, PR, and communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns and PR programmes.
• Act as the primary regional liaison for distributors, providing toolkits, assets, and strategic guidance.
• Oversee and manage external agencies, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate global media events and messaging.
• Build and manage media relationships; develop press materials, spokesperson briefings, and crisis communications.
• Monitor media coverage, share of voice (SOV), and prepare post-campaign analysis reports.
• Analyse campaign performance metrics to derive insights and optimize marketing spend.
• Support internal communications planning and execution.
• Represent regional perspectives in global meetings.
• Plan and execute customer engagement and leadership events as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, marketing agencies, public relations, or communications; regional exposure is an added advantage.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging, and media-friendly messaging.
• Interest in automotive products and familiarity with technical terminology.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently while meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Experience in event management, including media tours and press conferences.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce meaningful reports.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive in gathering information from various sources.
• Experience managing project budgets and tracking departmental expenditure.
