Job Summary
Lead business development and sales initiatives in fire protection services by leveraging deep expertise in Singapore’s regulatory framework and standards. Drive contract closures and build strong client relationships to achieve significant revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to secure fire protection service contracts worth SGD 2-3 million or more
- Manage senior sales activities to build and maintain client relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Apply in-depth knowledge of Singapore’s fire protection regulations, national standards, and SETSCO/TUV specifications to guide product approval and certification processes
- Communicate effectively with international clients to facilitate contract negotiations and project delivery
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience specializing in fire protection services
- Minimum 5 years in senior business development and sales management roles with proven success in closing large contracts
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese to support communication with international clients
