General Manager
The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance and success of Stamford Social.
This is a hands-on role requiring equal focus on guest experience, team culture, operational excellence and commercial performance.
As the leader of the venue, you will be responsible for creating an environment where both guests and team members genuinely enjoy spending time.
The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, lead and develop the team, manage staffing and recruitment, maintain supplier relationships and ensure consistently high standards across all aspects of the business.
You will take ownership of budgets, labour costs, profitability and P&L performance, while identifying opportunities to grow revenue and improve efficiency.
We are looking for someone who is curious, commercially minded and passionate about hospitality; someone who keeps a finger on the pulse of market trends, contributes new ideas, builds strong relationships and helps shape the ongoing identity of Stamford Social.
Above all, this role requires a leader who is willing to roll up their sleeves, lead by example and create a positive, high-performing culture.
