Brand Support Executive

Join our dynamic team as a Brand Associate, where you will drive the performance and growth of a diverse portfolio of brands. This role is perfect for a proactive individual seeking to excel in a rapidly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of assigned brands within the portfolio, including cooking oil and sugar.

• Support and enhance the sales and profitability targets for each brand.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and monthly promotional plans.

• Oversee sales forecasts and order planning to ensure proper stock levels are maintained.

• Collaborate with the procurement and supply chain teams to facilitate stock replenishment.

• Coordinate with external agencies to create promotional and point-of-sale materials.

• Manage and monitor marketing and promotional budgets to ensure compliance with set limits.

• Partner with the Sales team to execute promotions and in-store marketing activities.

• Create and process purchase orders while maintaining pricing accuracy.

• Prepare and present monthly reports on brand and promotional performance for management assessment.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in brand management or marketing, ideally in the FMCG or food and beverage sector.

• Strong project management and organisational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Commercial acumen with knowledge of sales forecasting and order planning.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive team player with effective stakeholder engagement capabilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Nielsen / IRI or ERP systems is a plus.

• A strong enthusiasm for brands and consumer food products.
