Role Summary
Support and administer BMC Helix ITSM and ITOM platforms in an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request and CMDB modules
- Configure workflows, forms, service catalogues, dashboards and reports
- Manage monitoring events, alert correlation and automated ticketing
- Support integrations with AD, CMDB and external applications
- Perform upgrades, patching and platform troubleshooting
