  • Develop and execute strategic sales, help company to grow revenue and clientele.
  • Develop and implement a growth plan focused on sales and financial growth as well as customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research and identify potential new customers and market opportunities to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Identify market feasibility for new products.
  • Lead the design and delivery of innovative solutions and proposals in line with industry best practices.
  • Manage sales operations, set performance targets, coach team members to ensure KPI is met.
  • Act as a project manager for new business cases. Prepare proposals to present to potential clients.
  • Provide up to date industry trends, insights & competition; collate and present data to top management.
  • Use data-driven insights to adjust sales strategies and improve overall performance & efficiency.
  • Responsible for sales forecasts generation & accuracy, annual sales budget, track business performance against targets and present to Management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
