Lead a team of movers to execute moving, delivery, and storage tasks efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of movers to complete assigned moving, delivery, and storage jobs safely and efficiently
• Perform loading and unloading of goods to ensure secure handling and timely delivery
• Pack items carefully to prevent damage during transit
• Dismantle and reassemble furniture to facilitate smooth moving processes
• Manage container stuffing and unstuffing to optimize space and protect items
• Oversee warehouse operations to maintain organized and accessible inventory
• Communicate politely and helpfully with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a tidy and neat appearance to represent the company professionally
• Apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues during moving and delivery tasks
• Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and customer expectations

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 4 Driving Licence to operate company vehicles for job assignments
• Relevant Driving and Cargo Handling Experience
