Job Summary

You will support local, office, and corporate moves by managing communications, preparing documents, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and clearly to telephone and email enquiries to support client communication
  • Coordinate and arrange surveys to assess moving requirements accurately
  • Prepare detailed quotations and tender documents to facilitate sales processes
  • Maintain professional correspondence with clients and assist the sales team to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and deliver move presentations to clients or internal teams
  • Manage move projects by coordinating tasks and timelines to meet client expectations
  • Organize and prepare folders containing all necessary documents for each move
  • Handle MCST / PTW documentation when applicable to comply with regulations
  • Update internal systems and liaise with Sales Personnel, Operations Staff, and Warehouse Staff to resolve move-related matters efficiently
  • Close files by verifying all documents are complete and payments are received to finalize moves
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks related to local, office, and corporate moves as required
  • Ensure all activities comply with ISO 9001:2015 and FIDI standards to maintain quality and industry best practices

Required competencies and certifications

  • GCE "O" Level or higher, or Nitec certification
  • Minimum 2 years of administration experience demonstrating accuracy and independence
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective communication with clients and team members
