Mavis has the distinction of being the most trusted brand in the tuition industry since 1986 with 17 centres island-wide and we are seeking dedicated Customer Service Officer to join us. As a frontline staff, you will be the first point of contact with our existing customers and prospective ones.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist in administrative duties pertaining to student and course registration matters.

  • Provide professional service and advice in order to achieve customer satisfaction.

  • Assist customers with their queries and concerns with a service oriented attitude.

  • Actively promote the organisation’s programmes to prospective customers in a professional manner.

  • Assist and follow-up with prospective or existing customers to promote new subjects and courses.

  • Work towards company sales targets and to maximise retention

  • Handle customers enquiries, enrolment, payments and maintain accurate files for auditing.

  • Establish a good rapport and build relationships with both prospective and existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum N Level

  • Preferably able to commit on weekends.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Positive work attitude, self-driven, independent, team player with strong service mindset
