SOLUTION ARCHITECT

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong Murex and Capital Markets experience to support a Core Banking Transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architecture integrating Murex with core banking and enterprise systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Murex solutions.
• Design APIs and interfaces with banking, payment, and market systems.
• Define data architecture, data mappings, and migration strategies.
• Ensure alignment with risk management, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
• Support SIT, UAT, performance testing, and go-live activities.
• Provide architecture governance and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and meet performance requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Capital Markets technology projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Murex MX.3.
• Experience in solution architecture and system integration.
• Knowledge of Murex modules such as Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, and Reporting.
• Experience with APIs, REST/SOAP services, MQ, or ESB.
• Strong SQL, data modelling, and trade lifecycle knowledge.
• Understanding of market risk, credit risk, P&L, and accounting processes.
• Experience with Unix/Linux and scripting is preferred.
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
