Job Responsibilities:
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and guide retail associates to ensure compliance with store policies and operational procedures.
- Lead and support day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth store functioning.
- Maintain the store’s cleanliness, visual presentation, and stock availability at all times.
- Operate cash registers and handle customer purchases accurately.
- Proactively support in-store promotional activities and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and basic issue resolution professionally.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail or supervisory role preferred.
- Passionate about customer service and creating positive shopping experiences.
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Comfortable working on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Keen eye for store presentation and cleanliness standards.
