Job Description and Responsibilities
Objective of the role: To own and manage relationships with a large territory of longtail Tier 3 accounts as a full sales cycle seller. To drive sales/upsell/cross-sell in a comprehensive selling motion, across all Visa products and solutions, which includes virtual engagement and system touchpoints.
The Digital Sales Representative (DSR) will responsible for the following duties:
Apply knowledge of how Visa products and offerings are used to enable business goals or overcome business challenges to sell Visa products and offerings and maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Manages current accounts, identifies new account opportunities, maintains account plans, creates presentation materials that are applicable to all levels of the client organization.
Forecasts sales and has knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process, ensuring sales tools are utilized appropriately and maintained regularly.
Participate in client communications, and develops and delivers client presentations using phone, video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and webcasts.
Maintain industry trend knowledge and government regulations that may affect assigned territory.
Collaborate with digital sales team to develop new business strategies and tactics.
Participate in ongoing digital sales trainings.
This is a full-time role based in our Singapore office and will be required to be onsite for 5 days each week.
