With a loving repertoire of delicious all day brunch dining across both our One North Residences (1N) @ Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ) sites, tasty sweet and savory bites to satisfy, amazing coffee from our signature espresso blend and other single origin brews, we aim to delight !

Job Summary

Jimmy Monkey is seeking a passionate coffee professional to head up one of our sites over-seeing excellence in customer service, quality in coffee and streamlining the business.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages consistently to meet Jimmy Monkey’s standards and customer expectations
• Engage with customers to deliver friendly, efficient service and create memorable café experiences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café workspace to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations and timely service delivery
• Participate actively in on-the-job training to develop coffee-making skills and product knowledge
• Uphold quality control by ensuring all food and drink items meet established standards before serving
• Adapt to new café concepts and contribute ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

• Strong coffee skills with manual machines
