The Role
We are looking for a Finance & Admin Executive who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. This role offers a well-rounded exposure to finance operations and administrative functions, working closely with both finance and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and smooth payment processing
- Assist in accounts receivable audits by preparing supporting documentation and reports
- Perform daily closing activities and bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist in month-end closing processes and preparation of financial reports
- Support invoicing functions and perform basic finance-related duties as assigned
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and maintain e-commerce sales reports
- Process and manage credit note requests, ensuring proper documentation and approvals
- Post accounting entries in the ERP system based on bank statements and supporting documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist in filing and maintaining suppliers’ invoices and delivery orders
- Retrieve suppliers’ invoices and delivery orders to support payment processing
- Support general administrative duties and handle ad hoc tasks as required

Work Details
- Location: Ubi (10-minute walk from Tai Seng MRT)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 6:30pm
