Senior Pest Control Technician

Job Summary

Deliver top-quality pest control services by inspecting properties, applying treatments, educating clients, and maintaining safe, hygienic environments in homes and workplaces.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties for signs of pest infestation and recommend effective treatment solutions to clients
• Perform daily pest control treatments at client sites following scheduled job plans
• Communicate clearly with clients on-site to explain treatment processes and prevention strategies
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback professionally to ensure client satisfaction
• Handle chemicals, equipment, and tools responsibly and safely during pest control activities
• Complete detailed service reports accurately using the company’s mobile application
• Coordinate with office staff to update job schedules and client information
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism at all times
• Work on weekends and public holidays as required to meet client needs
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid Class 3 manual driving license
• Hold a valid NEA Vector Control Technician License
• Have at least more than10 years of relevant pest control experience
• Ability to communicate, read, and write in English

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Work at Height Certification is advantageous
• Minimum education level: Degree
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills applied to pest control challenges
• Exhibit customer service skills to maintain positive client relationships
• Show a positive attitude and willingness to learn new pest control techniques
