PRODUCTION MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• To attend site meetings
• Provide overall support and co-ordination efforts to customer in the progress of the project and ensure successful project delivery and completion to the satisfaction of customer.
• Provide supports to all departments
• Co-ordinate with customer and all departments on all submissions and follow-up with the approval of these submissions.
• Co-ordinate on customer's requests and complaints and to be responsible for the defects rectification works.
• Initiate weekly customer's complaint report to ensure that the complaints are properly and efficiently deal with.
• Preparation of weekly project progress report.
• Supervision of daily construction activities and daily monitoring of the workers and subcontractors progress

Requirements:

• Good project management & site coordination skills
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Team player, proactive & able to work independently
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Precast is required for this position
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or Equivalent)
