Freelance Group Process Facilitators

FACILITATORS NETWORK SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

  1. Facilitators must be Singapore Citizens and have experience in meeting/process facilitation.
  2. Conducted at least five physical in-person facilitation sessions since 2021.
  3. Able to relate effectively and engage diverse participant profiles (between 16 and 60 years old, different educational qualifications, socio-economic backgrounds).
  4. Able to elicit candid opinions from participants, especially those who are quiet (e.g. more introverted or less fluent in the English language).
  5. Able to adapt facilitation style to suit the group.
  6. Able to manage the group discussion to ensure the session is carried out effectively and timely.
  7. Able to encourage reflection of issues highlighted by participants.
  8. Able to maintain neutrality, avoid influencing opinions, and ensure all voices are heard fairly.
