Key Responsibilities:

1.Property Operations & Maintenance

  • Supervise the upkeep and maintenance of the condominium, including common areas, facilities, and security.
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure that repairs, servicing, and upgrades are completed on time.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and facility management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and building regulations.

2.Financial & Budget Management

  • Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance, security, and operational expenses.
  • Oversee billing, collection of maintenance fees, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure cost-effective management of resources and vendor contracts.

3.Resident Relations & Customer Service

  • Serve as the primary contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and disputes professionally.
  • Organize meetings with the management committee or residents’ association.
  • Enforce condominium rules, regulations, and policies fairly.
