Salary: $2,400 – $3,000 + Commission & Incentives

We are hiring a Retail Sales Associate to join a growing retail showroom specialising in home improvement and renovation-related products. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy customer-facing sales, product recommendations, and working in a showroom environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and assist with product enquiries
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions
• Explain product features, benefits and usage clearly to customers
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays and stock arrangement
• Coordinate with internal team on stock availability and delivery arrangements
• Support daily retail operations and sales targets

Job Requirements

• Prior retail sales or customer service experience will be advantageous
• Experience in home solutions, renovation products, furniture, sanitary ware, electrical products, appliances or showroom sales will be highly preferred
• Comfortable working retail hours, weekends and public holidays
• Friendly, proactive and customer-oriented personality
• Good communication skills and willing to learn product knowledge
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be advantageous to support customer enquiries where required
