Sales Manager

Core Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and onboard sales staff to build a high-performing sales team
- Host regular coaching sessions and track team KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets
- Apply strong knowledge of construction materials to advise clients and position products competitively
- Monitor the sales pipeline, manage department budgets, and report on sales activities to optimize performance
- Build and maintain key client partnerships, resolving complex customer issues and negotiating high-value deals
- Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and with product teams to enhance client messaging
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Inspire and motivate teams to foster a performance-driven culture and effectively resolve conflicts
- Analyze sales data and market trends to refine sales strategies and techniques
- Demonstrate excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese to support client engagement and communication
- Use CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools to manage customer relationships and sales data
- Diploma in Business, leadership, or related field with proven success as a sales representative or manager
