Responsibilities

  • Developed new business opportunities and strengthened partnerships to support revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Planned and executed marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
  • Managed and expanded customer and partner relationships to drive long-term collaboration.
  • Prepared and reviewed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to support client account management.

Requirements

  • Min Degree in Business/ Marketing or any related course of studies
  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Development/ Key Account Management in related industry
  • Working experience in healthcare sector is a distinct advantage
  • Proven experience managing relationships with stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
