Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and requests via phone in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information and support to customers and business partners
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in internal systems
- Follow up on enquiries and requests to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support service delivery and operational requirements
- Ensure service requests are completed within established service standards
- Participate in training, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
- Comfortable in speaking with customers over the phone
