Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries and requests via phone in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers and business partners
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in internal systems
  • Follow up on enquiries and requests to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support service delivery and operational requirements
  • Ensure service requests are completed within established service standards
  • Participate in training, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
  • Comfortable in speaking with customers over the phone
