Job Summary

You will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests, managing inquiries, registrations, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth hospitality operations and excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to phone and online visitor and guest queries, providing accurate information and directions
  • Greet visitors and guests warmly, acting as the primary contact to understand and communicate their needs to internal teams for timely resolution
  • Manage visitor registration processes efficiently to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Perform administrative tasks including billing, updating guest records, managing facility bookings, preparing shift handovers, and compiling reports
  • Adapt to additional duties as assigned to support team and operational needs
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a welcoming and organized environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant hospitality experience
  • Positive and warm personality with a strong service mindset and patience when assisting elderly guests
  • Professional and personable demeanor
  • Willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English to address guest service needs
