Job Summary
Join JIANGAN MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. as a Project Assistant to support project management and ensure smooth operations across construction and engineering initiatives in the Woodlands North Region.
Responsibilities
- Translate technical and project-related documents to support project managers in clear communication
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring construction site activities to ensure compliance with project plans and safety standards
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to enhance project coordination and timely delivery
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to support project objectives and resolve issues promptly
Required competencies and certifications
- Proven experience as a Project Assistant in the construction or engineering industry
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through stakeholder interactions
