Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Wealth Solutions Platform across North Asia, aligning with the overall DBS Wealth Continuum strategy

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of next-generation wealth capabilities, including digital, advisory, and product offerings

  • Oversee the integration of capital markets, treasury, and wealth lending solutions to provide a seamless and comprehensive wealth management experience for clients

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and enhance the platform's capabilities, ensuring it remains competitive and responsive to evolving client needs

  • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to guide the organization's wealth management initiatives

  • Manage a team of talented professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement

  • Ensure the platform's compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to inform strategic decision-making and platform enhancements

Requirements

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in wealth management, with a proven track record of leading successful digital transformation and platform initiatives

  • Deep understanding of the wealth management industry, including capital markets, treasury, and wealth lending products and services

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive innovation, and deliver tangible business results

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making

  • Familiarity with the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements in the wealth management industry

  • Proven track record of driving digital transformation and leveraging technology to enhance client experiences
