Job Description

Assist in the development of dairy products.

Support the R&D Manager in designing and executing product trials, ensuring that all testing and modifications align with company objectives and customer requirements.

Conduct sensory evaluation, shelf-life studies, and stability testing to ensure product quality and consistency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality Assurance, and Marketing, to ensure that new products meet customer expectations and regulatory standards.

Prepare and maintain detailed records of product formulations, test results, and product development processes.

Conduct competitive product analysis and contribute to market trend research to identify new opportunities for product innovation.

Support the R&D Manager in ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and internal quality standards.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving product development issues, including formulation adjustments and process optimization.

Participate in cost analysis and contribute to the optimization of product cost efficiency.

Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and regulations related to dairy.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in R&D, preferably within the dairy or food manufacturing industries.

Strong knowledge of food ingredients, formulation, and processing techniques.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Good at math and spreadsheet.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
