Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the centre principal in areas including but not restricted to finance and enrolment
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, maintaining updated records of documents, etc.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and any other forms of interactions
  • Follow up with parents on enrolment administrative work, collate necessary documents, and collect outstanding fees
  • Work alongside various departments to close administrative gaps
  • Anticipate the needs of others and stay one step ahead in order to ensure seamless and positive experiences
  • Any other jobs assigned


Qualification

  • Proficient in MS Office skills
  • Integrity in handling confidential information
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Take initiatives, possess a strong sense of urgency and able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with administrative work in childcare centres would be preferr
