We're looking for a Marketing & Experience Lead to help connect these dots — turning ideas into launches, campaigns into experiences, and customer insights into better products.

  • Grain launches thoughtful and more impactful campaigns and products across key occasions.

  • Customer experiences feel more intentional, cohesive, and memorable.

  • Marketing initiatives are executed with greater clarity, consistency, and impact.

  • Grain, Ember, and Weddings by Grain have a clear roadmap of activities that support growth and brand building.

  • Cross-functional projects move faster and more smoothly with strong ownership and coordination.

What you'll do

  • Lead campaign planning and execution: Own the planning, coordination, and rollout of major campaigns, launches, and seasonal occasions across Grain, Weddings by Grain and Ember

  • Design better customer experiences: Identify opportunities to improve how customers experience our products, services, events, and brand touchpoints.

  • Drive product and occasion development: Work closely with internal teams to shape new products, menus, experiences, and offerings that align with customer needs and business goals.

  • Own marketing operations and project management: Ensure campaigns and initiatives are delivered on time, with clear priorities, ownership, and cross-functional alignment.

  • Translate insights into action: Gather customer feedback, analyse performance, and identify opportunities to improve products, experiences, and marketing efforts.

  • Manage external partners and vendors: Work with agencies, collaborators, creators, venues, and suppliers to bring ideas to life.

  • Build systems and leverage AI: Continuously improve how we work by developing scalable processes, playbooks, AI-powered workflows, and automations that help the team move faster, make better decisions, and focus on higher-value work.

  • Support brand growth across multiple businesses: Help identify and execute initiatives that strengthen Grain, Ember, Weddings by Grain, and future ventures.

We're looking for someone who

  • Has strong organisational skills and can bring structure to complex projects.

  • Enjoys turning ideas into reality and is equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing details.

  • Has a good sense for what makes an experience feel thoughtful, seamless, and memorable.

  • Is highly collaborative and enjoys working across teams.

  • Can manage multiple projects without losing sight of quality.

  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Is naturally curious about customers and motivated to improve their experience.

  • Is excited by emerging technologies and enjoys finding practical ways to use AI, automation, and systems to improve how teams work.
