This candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of spare parts handling, warehouse tracking, and physical processing of product returns.

Responsibilities

Spare Parts and Outbound Execution

  • Placing spare parts order and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Physically receive incoming spare parts shipments, verify quantities against packing lists, and systematically bin them in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare spare parts shipments for field technicians or third-party vendors, ensuring accurate labelling and documentation.
  • Promptly update the inventory management system for all parts movements (receipts, transfers, and issues) to maintain real-time stock accuracy.
  • Liaise with technical team on parts identification using manuals, BOMs, and technical documents.

Physical Inventory and Warehousing Preservation

  • Conduct regular physical counts of specific spare parts SKUs as directed by the supervisor to identify and rectify stock discrepancies.
  • Ensure parts are stored safely, maintaining cleanliness and specialized storage standards (eg: keeping electronic components in anti-static packaging).
  • Assist in segregating and preparing obsolete parts for approval and disposal.
  • Adhering to local workplace safety and health (WSH) guidelines.

Returns Processing and Triage Support

  • Receive and physically unbox returned products and appliances from customers.
  • Perform basic visual inspections and functional test of returned items to check for physical damage, completeness of accessories, serial number verification and product functionality.
  • Systematically log returned units and route them to the appropriate designated holding areas after the inspections.
  • Preparing the returns report to management.

Requirements

  • Possess at least a NITEC/Higher NITEC certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory support, warehouse operations, or reverse logistics. Preferably in Consumer Electronics or Home Appliances.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Microsoft Office skills are preferred.
  • Basic understanding of electronics, electrical and mechanical parts.
  • Ability to handle physical warehouse tasks, including lifting and moving boxes/appliances.
