Key Responsibilities:

• Produce clear, compelling, and audience-focused content across formats including articles, social media posts, emailers, and website copy
• Translate complex concepts and product information into accessible, engaging narratives that resonate with diverse reader profiles
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and communications teams to develop content that is visually aligned and strategically purposeful
• Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor content to continuously generate fresh and relevant content ideas
• Maintain brand consistency across all written materials — ensuring tone, style, and messaging remain cohesive across every platform
• Optimise written content for SEO to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to digital channels
• Manage multiple content briefs simultaneously — delivering high-quality output on time and adapting quickly to evolving priorities
• Review and proofread all content thoroughly before publication — upholding accuracy, professionalism, and editorial standards at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas
• Familiar with digital marketing and SEO best practices
