Key Responsibilities:
- Keep daily business operations running seamlessly by managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and handling enquiries with efficiency
- Prepare, organise, and maintain business documents, reports, and confidential records in full compliance with company policies
- Ensure client records, data entries, and internal databases are always accurate and up to date to support smooth operations
- Coordinate client enquiries, appointment bookings, and timely follow-ups to deliver a consistently professional service experience
- Support regulatory and documentation compliance by ensuring all records meet internal and industry standards at all times
- Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and the preparation of clear and accurate financial documentation
- Coordinate meetings end-to-end — from preparing materials and recording minutes through to organising internal events and training
- Keep office operations running smoothly through vendor coordination, supplies management, and cross-team administrative support
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Proficient in spreadsheets and business tools
- Strong interest in operations and business strategy
