Key Responsibilities:
- Be the friendly, professional first point of contact for all customer enquiries across phone, email, chat, and digital channels
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses that consistently meet and exceed customer expectations
- Log, manage, and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and care
- Process transactions, bookings, and service requests accurately and with a strong eye for detail
- Follow up proactively with customers to confirm resolution, ensure satisfaction, and strengthen long-term relationships
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the relevant departments promptly with clear and complete context
- Maintain accurate CRM records, customer interaction logs, and service documentation at all times
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve customer service processes and uphold consistent service standards
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Cheerful, patient, and genuinely customer-oriented
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable handling calls or live chat systems
- Able to perform well in a fast-paced service environment
