Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the friendly, professional first point of contact for all customer enquiries across phone, email, chat, and digital channels
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses that consistently meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Log, manage, and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and care
  • Process transactions, bookings, and service requests accurately and with a strong eye for detail
  • Follow up proactively with customers to confirm resolution, ensure satisfaction, and strengthen long-term relationships
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the relevant departments promptly with clear and complete context
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, customer interaction logs, and service documentation at all times
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve customer service processes and uphold consistent service standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Cheerful, patient, and genuinely customer-oriented
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable handling calls or live chat systems
  • Able to perform well in a fast-paced service environment
