Role Description
The Executive will support the execution of digital marketing and communications initiatives to promote the Society’s programmes, events, and membership engagement. This is a hands-on role suited for a junior marketing professional with strong content creation, communication, and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage content calendars and timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners and vendors
- Track campaign performance and prepare simple reports
- Design basic marketing materials for campaigns and events
- Maintain website updates, event pages and marketing assets
- Create and manage content (EDMs, social media, website and newsletters)
- Support event marketing, including promotions and attendee communications
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across events, programmes and membership initiatives
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented and team player
- Good organisational and multitasking ability
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
Preferred Skills
- Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe)
- Social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram)
- EDM tools (e.g. Mailchimp) and CMS (e.g. WordPress)
- Exposure to analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
Ideal Candidate: A junior marketer who is hands-on, eager to learn and enjoys creating content while supporting campaigns and events in a fast-paced environment.
