Role Description

The Executive will support the execution of digital marketing and communications initiatives to promote the Society’s programmes, events, and membership engagement. This is a hands-on role suited for a junior marketing professional with strong content creation, communication, and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage content calendars and timelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams, partners and vendors
  • Track campaign performance and prepare simple reports
  • Design basic marketing materials for campaigns and events
  • Maintain website updates, event pages and marketing assets
  • Create and manage content (EDMs, social media, website and newsletters)
  • Support event marketing, including promotions and attendee communications
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across events, programmes and membership initiatives

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and team player
  • Good organisational and multitasking ability
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

Preferred Skills

  • Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe)
  • Social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • EDM tools (e.g. Mailchimp) and CMS (e.g. WordPress)
  • Exposure to analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)

Ideal Candidate: A junior marketer who is hands-on, eager to learn and enjoys creating content while supporting campaigns and events in a fast-paced environment.
