Salary: SGD 3,500 per month

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to support multiple business development, marketing and public relations projects across:
Licensed moneylending business development and marketing
Social enterprise startup development
General public relations and corporate communications
The ideal candidate is resourceful, comfortable managing different projects, and able to coordinate internal teams, external vendors and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Plan, track and coordinate project timelines, deliverables and follow-up actions
Prepare meeting notes, project updates, reports and presentation materials
Coordinate with vendors, partners, agencies and internal stakeholders
Ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
Business Development
Conduct market, competitor and partnership research
Identify potential business opportunities, partners and outreach channels
Assist with proposals, pitch decks and business presentations
Follow up with leads, partners and relevant stakeholders
Marketing
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
Coordinate social media, digital marketing and promotional activities
Work with designers, content creators and external agencies
Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports
Ensure marketing activities comply with applicable regulations and company guidelines
Social Enterprise Startup
Support the development and launch of social enterprise initiatives
Research community needs, grants, partnerships and funding opportunities
Coordinate events, outreach programmes and stakeholder engagement
Assist with operational planning and impact reporting
Public Relations
Draft press releases, corporate profiles, announcements and media materials
Coordinate media enquiries, interviews and public events
Maintain relationships with media contacts, partners and community stakeholders
Monitor media coverage and public sentiment
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field
At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organisational, coordination and follow-up abilities
Comfortable handling multiple projects and priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Experience in digital marketing, content creation or social media is an advantage
Familiarity with Singapore’s financial services, startup or social enterprise sectors is an advantage
Discreet and professional when handling confidential information

Compensation
Monthly salary: SGD 3,500
