Job Summary
Join Honest Recruiter as a Sales & Business Development Executive to drive sales growth by engaging customers, recommending FDW and household services, converting leads, and supporting seamless service delivery in a dynamic, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to sales enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins to provide accurate information and solutions
- Conduct detailed consultations with customers to assess needs and recommend appropriate FDW and household service options
- Follow up on leads systematically to convert enquiries into confirmed sales and meet sales targets
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships to enhance customer retention and satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, partnerships, and digital platforms to expand market reach
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate customer onboarding and ensure timely, quality service delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales reports for performance tracking and compliance
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
- Support marketing and promotional campaigns by contributing ideas and assisting with execution when needed
Required competencies and certifications
- CEI Certificate (mandatory for regulated employment agency activities)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, insurance, property, banking, or related industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective customer interactions
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude to enhance client experience
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently to achieve sales goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and communication
- Experience in digital marketing or social media marketing to support business development efforts
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional language skills such as Bahasa Indonesia are advantageous for engaging diverse customer groups
