Job Description Summary

You will plan and execute Advertising and Promotional (A&P) activities for the a cluster of shopping malls and be responsible for delivering a high level of engagement with our clients, tenants and shoppers to increase the vibrancy, footfall and sales for retail tenants.

To be involved in marketing and communication programs which may include strategy development, program implementation and evaluation and budgetary control in areas of advertising, promotions, public relations and events

Liaise and work closely with creative agencies, media agencies, contractors and event companies, advertising agencies, and other relevant parties to create awareness for the mall's activities through both traditional and online media to ensure successful execution of events, promotions and campaigns

Work closely with tenants to develop collaborative promotions and offerings, to enhance customer experience through the mall's activities to drive traffic and increase tenants’ sales

Updating and maintaining mall directories, A&P signages as well as the mall's social media platform

Manage Rewards App and refresh contents and update promotion in the app.

Conduct post-promotional campaign/events reviews and track budgets to assess the effectiveness of the promotions/events

Propose A&P budget and monitor and track expenditures

Manage and maximize A&P budget to ensure that expenses are kept within the approved limit

Handling the marketing and leasing of advertising and atrium space

Handle requests and inquiries on the usage of the A&P spaces

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing/Communications/Events Management
  • Experience in Advertising & Promotions or Retail Mall environment preferred.
  • Effectively perform administrative activities.
  • Sound understanding of marketing principles.
  • Effective understanding of latest technologies and should identify how to apply them in marketing.

  • Active listener with ability to write documents in a concise and comprehensible manner.
  • Perfect time management skills and able to work multiple tasks timely.
  • Ability to convey information to others effectively.
  • Ability to persuade/convince others change their practices and thought processes.
