About the Role:

Endeavor is launching its newest Global Hub in Singapore this coming July 2026. The team currently comprises the Managing Director of the hub and Head of Asia for Endeavor Catalyst. Several others roles will be hired this year including the Senior Manager for Entrepreneur Experience.

This role will build the future of Endeavor by joining our Singapore Hub. You will have the opportunity to set the blueprint for how Endeavor supports entrepreneurs in hubs: owning the Dare to Scale and coordinating the Unicorn Builder program, deepening our mentor network, and helping position Singapore as a gateway for high-impact entrepreneurship across the region. This is a rare opportunity - real ownership, regional scope, and a direct line to Endeavor's global network.

Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end delivery of the Dare to Scale Program and support the execution of the Unicorn Builder Program. You’ll play a critical role in research, company analysis, event execution, and managing entrepreneur engagement. Your main activities will include:

  • Pipeline & Research (20%): research sectors, companies, and ecosystem trends to inform program design and selection decisions. Scout high-potential founders across SEA for the Scale Up and Unicorn Builder programs. Support selection processes, including founder interviews, internal reviews, and committee preparation.

  • Program Management (60%): end-to-end delivery of the Dare to Scale Program and support the execution of the Unicorn Builder Program. This includes activities such as:

    • Running founder diagnostics to identify each company's growth priorities across

    • Coordinating curated 1:1 mentorship sessions for the program’s cohorts, matching founders to the right Endeavor Mentors at the right moment, as well as facilitating peer-to-peer learning circles, workshops, and masterclasses on topics such as fundraising, talent management, and operational scaling.

    • Managing logistics, agendas, speaker coordination, and participant communications for all in-person and virtual program events

    • Tracking participant progress post-program and gathering data to report against KPIs (75%+ event attendance, 70+ NPS, fundraising outcomes)

  • Ecosystem Engagement (20%): building and maintaining relationships with Endeavor's regional mentor network, proactively identifying and onboarding high-quality operators, founders, and functional experts relevant to SEA entrepreneurs. Support the execution of Access to Market Tours and Industry Immersions.

Skills and experience will you bring to the team:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, entrepreneur support, venture, or ecosystem building, ideally with exposure to high-growth startups or an accelerator, VC, or network context.

  • Natural Connector: You must be able to walk into a room full of strangers, identify a high-priority target, and build a relationship with them.

  • Project Management Guru: You must be a capable project manager who can think through timelines, dependencies, and budgets for programs.

  • Collaborator: You are collaborative by default. You will work with and rely on numerous internal stakeholders.

  • Comfort with ambiguity: You thrive on making order out of chaos. You can identify priorities without being frazzled with last-minute changes.

Position Details:

  • Start date: July 2026

  • Location: Singapore (relocation support available for the right candidate)

  • Travel: International travel required
