Job Summary

Lead and manage restaurant operations by hiring and training staff, overseeing inventory and supplies, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and driving revenue growth through strategic promotions and talent recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage bartenders, waiters, and other staff to deliver excellent customer service and efficient operations
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies to maintain smooth daily operations
• Promote the club actively and encourage team members to support promotional efforts
• Ensure all operations comply with safety, sanitation standards, and relevant laws to maintain a safe environment
• Develop and implement strategies to improve staff performance and operational efficiency
• Identify and develop revenue opportunities by recruiting talent and organizing promotions
• Adapt to a fast-paced, loud environment with flexible working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
