Talent Acquisition Specialist (Partnership & Employer Branding)

1. External Partnerships & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with recruitment agencies, polytechnics, universities, and other Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs).

  • Collaborate with partners to develop sustainable talent pipelines for internship, entry-level, and niche roles.

  • Coordinate internship programmes, campus outreach, and early talent engagement initiatives.

2. Employer Branding & Outreach

  • Plan, organise, and execute employer branding activities to position the organisation as an employer of choice.

  • Develop engaging content and materials for career fairs, talks, and outreach campaigns.

  • Ensure consistent employer branding messaging across all external platforms and events.

3. Job Fairs & Recruitment Events

  • Identify, plan, and participate in relevant job fairs, career exhibitions, and networking events.

  • Represent the organisation professionally to engage potential candidates and create positive candidate experiences.

  • Manage logistics, booth setup, promotional materials, and post-event follow-ups.

4. Candidate Engagement & Experience

  • Engage with prospective candidates at events and through outreach initiatives.

  • Provide accurate and compelling information about career opportunities within the organisation.

  • Build and maintain a talent pool database for future hiring needs.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs.

  • Partner with internal teams (e.g., Communications/Marketing) on branding and outreach efforts.

6. Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Support Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as assigned.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach programmes and partnerships.

  • Recommend improvements to enhance recruitment outcomes and employer branding efforts.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.

  • Preferably with some experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or employer branding.

  • Experience in campus recruitment, job fairs, or agency management will be an advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple events and timelines effectively.

  • Comfortable with public engagement and representing the organisation externally.

  • Passion for talent engagement and employer branding.

  • Strong organisational and event management skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
