Bicycle Mechanic (Full Time)

Position: Bicycle Mechanic

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bicycle Mechanic to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and assembling bicycles while providing technical support to customers and assisting with showroom operations when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform bicycle servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.

• Assemble new bicycles and ensure proper setup before delivery.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently.

• Install and replace bicycle components and accessories.

• Conduct safety inspections and quality checks on bicycles.

• Maintain workshop cleanliness and proper organization of tools and equipment.

• Assist customers with technical product enquiries and recommendations.

• Support showroom operations, retail activities, and inventory handling when required.

• Ensure all servicing work meets company and manufacturer standards.

• Assist with warranty assessments and service documentation when necessary.

Requirements

• Applicants must have completed Full-Time NS (If applicable).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in bicycle servicing, repair, or a related field.

• Minimum N-Level or O-Level qualification.

• Good knowledge of bicycle components and drivetrain systems.

• Familiarity with Shimano, SRAM, and other major bicycle component brands will be an advantage.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
