  • Manage daily administrative operations of the ski park
  • Handle bookings, reservations, and customer enquiries (walk-in, phone, online)
  • Coordinate scheduling for park sessions, instructors, and events
  • Assist in sales processing, invoicing, and basic accounting records
  • Maintain customer database and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Support retail/admin tasks (equipment, merchandise, or POS coordination)
  • Liaise with internal teams (operations, coaches, management) to ensure smooth workflow
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers when required
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and reporting
